Today’s post is the lyrics to a song about the goodness of God. There are days and even seasons when I don’t have my own words of thanks. But when I join someone like CeCe Winan in singing praise, I confess my love and gratitude. I cultivate thankfulness in my heart with CeCe’s words.

Come Alongside

This song has been there for some of the hardest moments of my life. It reminds me that even when I can’t fix my situation, I can fix my eyes on a God who has always been good. I can give thanks to a God who always will be faithful. It reminds me that I have lived in the goodness of God.
